Cancellations
As our products are handmade to order, cancellations are accepted only before we begin preparing your order. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible with your order details.
Refunds
Approved cancellations made before preparation begins are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Fresh flower orders that have already been prepared or dispatched are not eligible for a refund due to their perishable nature.
